OUR SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
Neutral, Circular, Healthy, Innovative and Supportive Painters.
Our strategy is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We firmly believe that through our daily actions, we can contribute significantly to these global goals. We want to be agents of change through action for a fairer, more ethical and sustainable society.
Solidarity
We believe in positive local and global impact. We collaborate with local communities and in developing countries, support social initiatives and get involved in projects that promote equity and justice.
Innovators
In an ever-changing world, innovation is key. We are committed to research and partnerships and develop innovative practices and products that improve energy efficiency and sustainability in the paint and lacquer sector.
Healthy
The health of our colleagues, our customers and our planet are our priorities. We use paints and products that meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability, ensuring healthy, non-toxic indoor environments. In addition, we take actions that benefit the physical and mental health and well-being of our employees.
Neutral and Circular
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and being a carbon neutral player. Every brushstroke will not only beautify your spaces, but also contribute to climate change mitigation.
We embrace the concept of circular economy. From the choice of materials to the responsible recycling of waste, we seek to close the life cycle of products and minimise environmental impact and even generate a positive impact by contributing to innovation.

Proud
of our team
Our entire workforce is fully qualified to work in construction and has the relevant training and equipment to prevent accidents from occurring. In addition, we are registered with the Painters’ Association of the Balearic Islands (APYBA), a seal of approval of our compliance with all capacity, quality and prevention requirements.
Waste
management
We manage all of our waste via Sertego. This enables us to comply with the strictest waste management regulations, the Spanish Waste Framework Directive, and fulfil our obligations and duties in terms of recycling and the environment. Over 15 tonnes of material recycled in 2021. We recycle everything… even the water used to clean our brushes!
Energy
self-generation
Thanks to the use of 45 solar panels, we are able to reduce our electricity bill by almost 50%. This is just one of the ways we help protect planet Earth.
Staff
care
From a games and break room to inviting a massage therapist to our warehouse once a week to get rid of our painters’ physical aches and pains. All of this helps create a team that is happy and always on top form.
Charitable
actions
We have participated in activities in Anantapur, India, organised by the missionary Vicente Ferrer, as well as several projects organised by the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands (CAEB). We also collaborate with Inca – Mallorca Solidaria in sending materials to refugees of the war in Ukraine. We create our Christmas hampers alongside PuntsAmbVida, helping us boost local businesses and charitable causes.
